Product Description DPG-80 has very long scorch time and slow curing rate, and causes slight discoloring, so it isn’t used for light-colored products except for as activator. DPG-80 will cause weak heat-oxygen resistance. It can effectively activate thiol accelerator. DPG-80 has no acceleration effect on IIR and EPDM.
Processing Characteristics Generally, DPG powder adheres to devices easily, disperses difficultly in mixing process. However, DPG-80has good dosing and mixing property, and won’t cake at ordinary temperature and humidity. It has good fluidity, no irritating dust and no material loss. It keeps optimal activity of DPGand easily disperses in kinds of rubber compounds. Recommend that DPG-80 is added at last stage of mixing.
Dosage As primary accelerator, 1.0~2 phr DPG-80 with 2.5~3.5 phr sulfur;
As secondary accelerator, 0.1~0.25 phr DPG-80 with 0.75~1.0 phr thiol and 2.5 phr sulfur.
Applications DPG-80 is used for all kinds of industrial products, especially rubber ones containing white fillers.
Packaging Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kg/bag.
Storage Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from sunlightfor up to 1 year.
