Product Description TMTM(TS)-80 has safe scorch and high curing rate in natural and synthetic rubber. Alkaline accelerator, e.g. aldehyde amine or guanidine, imparts active effect to TMTM(TS)-80. It will play an important role that TMTM(TS)-80 is combined with thiol or sulfonamide as a assistant accelerator. TMTM(TS)-80 will impart heat-resistance property to vulcanizate cured by low sulfur.
Processing Characteristics Generally, TMTM(TS) powder adheres to devices easily, disperses difficultly in mixing process, and vulcanizate blooms. However, TMTM(TS)-80has good dosing and mixing property, and won’t cake at ordinary temperature and humidity. It has good fluidity, no irritating dust and no material loss. It keeps optimal activity of TMTM(TS) and easily disperses in kinds of rubber compounds.
Dosage As primary accelerator:
NR: 0.15～0.3 phr TMTM(TS)-80 with 2.0~3.0 phr sulfur;
SBR: 0.25~1.5 phr TMTM(TS)-80 with 2.0~3.5 phr sulfur;
IIR: 1.0~2.0 phr TMTM(TS)-80 with 1.0~2.0 phr sulfur;
NBR: 0.1~3.0 phr TMTM(TS)-80 with 0.5~2.0 phr sulfur and 1.0~2.0 phr thiol accelerator;
CR：0.5~1.0 phr TMTM(TS)-80 with 0.5~1.0 phr sulfur and 1.0~3.0 phr guanidine.
As assistant accelerator:
NR：0.1~2.5 phr TMTM(TS)-80 with 2.5 phr sulfur and 1.0 phr thiol;
SBR：0.1~0.75 phr TMTM(TS)-80 with 2.0~3.5 phr sulfur and 2.0 phr thiol.
Applications Applicable for light-colored or white vulcanizate, transparent products, insulation layer of cable, and etc..
Packaging Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kg/bag.
Storage Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from sunlightfor up to 1 year.
