Characteristics CH-MON contains active sulfur, vulcanizes rubber without blooming, and improves tensile strength and heat-resistance properties of vulcanized rubber. It is environment-friendly vulcanizator and won't produce toxic gas nitrosamine what DTDM produces in vulcanizing process.

 

Applications CH-MON is sulfur stabilizer vulcanizator for natural and synthetic rubber, can replace some or all of sulfur or DTDM in semi-efficient or efficient vulcanization system. Mainly used in manufacturing tyres, sealing gaskets, conveyer belts, auto rubber hoses and shock absorbers etc.. It also has tackifying and antioxidation effects because of its alkylphenol group, ackifying and antioxidation. CH-MON can simultaneously vulcanize each component of rubber blends, especial for NR, CIIR, BIIR, IIR and EPDM, and improve tensile strength and heat-resistance properties. Suggest the dosage is 0.5～5.0.

 

Packaging Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kgs/bag.

 

Storage Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from sunlight.
