Product Description ZBEC(DBZ)-70 is a dithiocarbamate ultra-accelerator without producing nitrosamine, and used as primary or assistant accelerator in NR, EPDM, IR, SBR, NBR and IIR. Compared with traditional dithiocarbamate, ZBEC(DBZ)-70 has processing safety. It imparts active effect to thiazol or sulfonamide. Alkaline accelerator imparts active effect to ZBEC(DBZ)-70. At the same dosage, the stress at definite elongation of vulcanizate is similar which is accelerated by ZBEC(DBZ)-70 or other  dithiocarbamate.

 

Processing Characteristics Generally, ZBEC(DBZ) powder has high melting point and large particle diameter, then it is so difficult to soften and disperse at processing temperature that vulcanization activity and mechanical properties of vulcanizate lower. However, ZBEC(DBZ)-80 is formed by pre-dispersing selected ZBEC(DBZ) powder to binder with certain surfactant. ZBEC(DBZ)-80 disperses easily in kinds of rubber compounds to keep optimal activity of ZBEC(DBZ). ZBEC(DBZ)-80 has good dosing property and fluidity, no irritating dust and no material loss.

 

Dosage Curing system of EPDM:

             ZBEC(DBZ)-70       0.8~2.5 phr;

             S-80                      1.0~2.0 phr;

              M-80(DM-80)        1.0~2.0 phr;

              CBS-80                  0.5~1.5 phr.

          Curing system of NR, SBR and NBR:

              ZBEC(DBZ)-70      0.8~2.0 phr;

               S-80                     1.0~2.0 phr;

               M-80(DM-80)        0.5~3.0 phr.

 

Applications Widely used in environmentally friendly EPDM seals, rubber shoes, cables, and etc..

 

Packaging Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kgs/bag.

 

Storage Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from sunlightfor up to 1 year.
